The objective of this course is to improve your understanding of controlling the activated sludge process either through an improved process control program or design of better and more flexible systems. The course will present the methodologies and laboratory techniques to generate process control parameters and procedures for operating an activated sludge process. This will provide a firm basis for development of an operating plan. The material presented is equally applicable to both domestic and industrial processes.
